SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within Pakistan as well as overseas.
All over Pakistan we offer delivery in 2-3 days.
For international orders it may take between 1 or 2 weeks depending on your location.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above PKR 50,000.
Shipping for orders below 50,000 or Above 40,000 is PKR 500.
Shipping for orders below 40,000 is PKR 1000.
Urgent shipping is only available based on urgent delivery charges.
COD is not available on any item.

The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Lahore, Pakistan.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For international orders, a fee of “X” amount is charged depending on the delivery location and weight of the  final order.
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Islamabad, Pakistan.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:

Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

How can I place an order?
You may place your order by adding your chosen item to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, enter all the required information, and click place order.
We request you see our ‘Policies’ and ‘Shipping and Delivery’ before confirming your order.

How will I know you have received my order?
An email & text message will be sent to you confirming that we have received your order.

How can I cancel my order?
Processed orders cannot be cancelled. You may email us on "contact@ tableware.pk" immediately with your order ID to request a cancellation.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop without creating an account.  However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:
Track your order and review past purchases.
Exclusive access to private sales.
Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

How long does delivery take?
All over Pakistan we offer delivery in 2-3 days. For international orders it may take between 1 or 2 weeks depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer shipping worldwide. However the shipping charges may vary depending on your international location.

How do I know if payment online is secure?

To help determine if your connection is secure, look  at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock then your payment gateway is secure.                                                                                                   
What are your exchange and return policies?
 All Sales are final and non-refundable, please make sure to read the product description and details carefully before placing an order. We do offer store credit in unique situations which can be availed upto 1 month of the item being returned.
However, if there is a defect, mistake, or quality issue in the product purchased, we will ensure fixing this as a matter of urgency. Please see the Policies for further information.                                                                                                             
How do I register a complaint?

You may pay through your Credit or Debit card online through our website. Online bank transfers are also accepted.
