At Tableware.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care in delivering quality products, we understand that certain situations may require an exchange.
Note: This exchange policy applies only to delivery orders, In-store or pickup orders and custom orders for exchange only; returns are not accepted for any of these orders.
Exchange Policy
This exchange policy applies to both delivery, custom orders and in-store/in-person orders.
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery or purchase date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within 12 hours of delivery or pickup.
Include clear photos or a short video as evidence.
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept items that:
Have been worn or washed
Are returned without original packaging or tags
Shipping Charges
If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping.
