1. Return Period
• You can return most items within 15 days of purchase.
• Sale Items: Returns on sale or clearance are not accepted.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
3. Proof of Purchase
• Please include your receipt or order confirmation with your return.
4. Return Process
• In-Store Returns: Items to be retuned have to be brought or sent, along with your receipt, to our studio in Lahore.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Exchange or refund will only be entertained once the item is received in our studio or a location specified by our sales representatives.
• Exchanges can be made in-store or by contacting our customer service team. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued.
6. Non-Returnable Items
• Custom Orders: Items made to order or customized cannot be returned.
• Special Orders: Items that were special ordered at your request are non-returnable.
7. Shipping Costs
• For online returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs associated with the return.
