1. Hand Washing:

• Always wash silver-coated serveware by hand using mild dish soap and warm water.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that can damage the silver coating.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent water spots.

2. Avoid Extended Exposure to Heat and Sunlight:

• Keep silver-coated serveware away from direct sunlight and heat sources, such as stovetops or ovens, as they can cause discoloration and damage.
• Store serveware in a cool, dry place when not in use.

3. Use Gentle Cleaning Methods:

• Use a soft cloth or sponge to gently clean silver-coated serveware.
• For stubborn stains or tarnish, you can use a silver polish specifically designed for silver-plated items. Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
• Avoid using abrasive materials or scrubbing vigorously, as this can scratch the silver coating.

4. Avoid Contact with Certain Substances:

• Keep silver-coated serveware away from acidic foods, such as citrus fruits or vinegar, as they can cause tarnishing.
• Avoid contact with salt or salty foods for extended periods, as salt can also damage the silver finish.

5. Regular Maintenance:

• Regularly polish silver-coated serveware with a soft cloth to maintain its shine and remove any light tarnish.
• Store serveware in a tarnish-resistant cloth or pouch to prevent tarnishing when not in use.
